Hey, I think this is the first human picture I've submitted on DA!

I've finally decided to start practicing on drawing humans, so I can more properly work on fanart. I do still plan to do my wolf versions, too - in fact, I've got some that I'm currently working to finish up - but I really want to be able to draw the characters as people.^^

And Zack turned out to be my first test subject! I originally intended to only work on Kaze, my original werewolf character, until I got familiar with things, but Zack disagreed. XD

Anyway, any comments or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated, especially when it comes to proportions! I'm finding that some things are easier than I expected when drawing people, but I still run into rough spots quite often.

I'm planning to move this pic to scraps in about a week or so, unless I hear any strong objections, since it's really just a practice sketch.
